Qt 4.5, Qt creater and Qt SDK

Nokia has announced the availability of version 4.5 of the Qt cross-platform application and UI framework. The company also introduced Qt creater-a new lightweight cross platform IDE.Qt 4.5 and Qt creator combined, comprise the Qt SDK.

Qt 4.5 includes several new features. Significant performance enhancements were made to the graphic system, data handling, and the web engine. These improvements resulted in an appreciable performanceincrease in Qt-based applications. Qt 4.5 also improves integration with the Webkit rendering engine that blends web and native content into richer user experience. This includes: Netscape Plugin API support allowing Qt applications to load flaash(such as the YouTube player);
